Physicians Formula Holdings, Inc. announced that it has appointed Jeff M. Berry to join the company’s Board of Directors as an independent director.

Mr. Berry will be replacing James A. Lawrence, who is stepping down due to the demands on his time as the new chief financial officer of the Unilever Group.
